The tallest President—usually considered to be Abraham Lincoln, but I would argue it was more likely George Washington. Abe Lincoln wrote of himself: “I am 6’4” nearly” while Washington’s doctors measured him on his death bed as “6’3 ½” exact” and he was of a more solid build than honest Abe, and so would appear larger if the two of them entered the room together. And you know what happens to men in their older ages, they tend to shrink. So I’d say George was the tallest President!
